Is WiseROAS fully automated or do I stay in control?
Both. Choose Approval Mode to review every recommendation before it goes live, or switch to Autopilot with guardrails that cap how aggressive the system can be. You decide the rules; WiseROAS executes within them.
Which ad platforms do you support?
We're launching with Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Walmart Connect. Google and Meta are on the roadmap for later this year.
How is WiseROAS different from Amazon's own bulk operations or other PPC tools?
WiseROAS combines profit-focused optimization (TACoS/ACOS targets, not just ROAS) with an immutable audit log and rollback capability that most tools don't offer. We also offer a managed-service tier where our team runs campaigns on your behalf inside the same guardrailed system.
What does 'guardrails' actually mean in practice?
Guardrails are hard limits you configure: maximum bid change per action (e.g. never move a bid more than 15%), maximum daily budget change, minimum bid floor, keyword blacklists, and blackout time windows. The automation physically cannot exceed these limits — they're enforced at execution time, not as warnings.

How long does onboarding take?
Most accounts are fully connected and running recommendations within 48 hours. A guided onboarding call (included with all plans) walks you through connecting your ad account, setting your profit targets, and configuring your first guardrails.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up WiseROAS?
No. If you can navigate your Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center, you can set up WiseROAS. We provide a step-by-step onboarding guide and a live call with our team.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Security & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes. We connect to ad platforms via official APIs, store only the data needed for optimization, and never share your account data with third parties. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can WiseROAS see my product listings or sales data?
WiseROAS connects only to your advertising account API — not to your Seller Central or sales data. We see only what your ad platform exposes through its advertising API.
