Automation
Every bid, budget, and keyword — on autopilot with guardrails.
WiseROAS automation handles the repetitive, time-sensitive optimizations that drain your day — dayparting adjustments, bid rule execution, budget pacing, and negative keyword pushes — while staying strictly within the limits you've defined.
Key Capabilities
What it does
Dayparting bid multipliers
Schedule hour-of-day and day-of-week bid multipliers. Increase bids during your proven conversion windows and reduce them during low-ROI hours — automatically.
Threshold-based bidding rules
Define rules like 'if ACOS > 30% for 7 days with >50 clicks, reduce bid by 10%'. Each rule respects your max-change guardrail.
Budget pacing
Hourly spend-velocity monitoring distributes your daily budget evenly to prevent noon burn-out and missed evening traffic.
Search term harvesting
Converting search terms are automatically promoted to exact-match keywords. Non-converting terms are queued for negative keyword review.
Placement bid adjustments
Automatically adjust top-of-search and product page placement multipliers based on ACOS performance by placement.
Negative keyword automation
Set spend thresholds: if a search term spends more than $X with zero conversions over Y days, add it to negatives automatically.
Campaign budget reallocation
When one campaign hits its daily budget early, WiseROAS can optionally shift unused budget from underperforming campaigns — within your reallocation limits.
Scheduled rule pauses
Pause automation rules for specific date ranges (e.g. during a Prime Day event when your ACOS targets change) and resume automatically after.
How It Works
Three steps to results
Connect and configure
Connect your Amazon or Walmart ad account. Set your TACoS target, daily budget, and guardrail limits. Automation starts suggesting actions immediately.
Choose your mode
Run in Approval Mode (you review every action before execution) or Autopilot (the system executes within guardrails automatically). Switch per campaign.
Review, tune, and scale
The performance dashboard shows you the impact of every automation action. Tune rules, tighten or relax guardrails, and add more campaigns as you build confidence.
Controls & Safety
You stay in control
Max change per action
Every bid or budget change is capped at your defined maximum — no single automation action can move a value by more than your limit.
Approval mode available
Any campaign can be switched to Approval Mode at any time, requiring manual sign-off before any action is executed.
Blackout windows
Define time windows when automation is paused (e.g. weekends, or specific promotion periods) to prevent unintended changes.
Full rollback
Every automation action is logged and reversible. Roll back any single action or a full day's changes from the audit log.
FAQ
Common questions
How is WiseROAS automation different from Amazon's automatic bidding?
Amazon's automatic bidding optimizes for clicks or conversions based on its own algorithm — with no guardrails and no audit trail. WiseROAS automation runs on rules you define, stays within limits you set, and logs every action so you always know what happened.
Can I run automation on some campaigns and not others?
Yes. Automation is enabled per campaign. You can have some campaigns on Autopilot, some on Approval Mode, and some with automation disabled — all in the same account.
What happens if my ad account API connection drops?
Automation is paused immediately when a connection issue is detected. You're notified by email. No partial changes are pushed — it's all or nothing per cycle.
